Submitting 事件

Only events sponsored or conducted by University of Idaho 扩展 will be published. Submit events that are open to the public, but not individual club meetings or facility schedules. These events display to the public and may also be used in social media channels.

Submitter Information

Contact information is required. Save confirmation messages in case you need to cancel an event.

事件标题

The title to appear on the calendar (e.g., Canyon County Beef Field Day). Note that events also appear on the 扩展-wide calendar.

位置

事件 require a specific location. Provide complete physical address if the event is not in a listed office. For online-only events, use the university location of "Online" and put the URL in the "Participate" field or explain how to register in the description.

County Office

Select your county (or counties) and reservations to appear on your county calendar. If several counties are working together, or the event is intended to be of regional interest, ask one person to submit it and check the boxes for all relevant counties. 例如, a meeting on food production in Magic Valley might select Blaine, 时, 桂皮, 古丁, 杰罗姆, 林肯, Minidoka, 双子瀑布. Select All for statewide meetings.

项目

Select topic websites event should appear on. Inclusion is at the discretion of the teams owning those websites (食物 安全 for Manufacturers, Integrated Pest Management, 等.).

Describe your event, including cost and contact information.

4 - h日历

To add a 4-H event, submit it with the 4-H calendar form. It will also appear on your county calendar.
