欢迎! To ensure the safety and security of our residents and facilities, 所有的供应商, including those whose services are requested by the University of Idaho, must 完整的 the forms below and follow all 供应商的期望.
To enter the Residence Halls or Apartments un-escorted we require that 每一个 vendor 完整的s background checks with all employees entering a 住房 & 居住生活设施. 这意味着 the vendor, not the University of Idaho, is responsible for providing, completing, and verifying that all employees entering 住房 & 居住生活 facilities have successfully passed a background check. Vendors who have verified that their staff have 完整的d and passed a background check are allowed to request access to un-occupied areas of the 住房 & 居住生活 facilities and to enter those facilities without a University approved escort.
Vendors who do not verify that their staff have 完整的d and passed a background check will be allowed to enter Residence Halls or Apartments if an University approved escort is provided. For Vendors working with a campus partner (i/e UI Facilities, UI保管的, UI Environmental 健康 and 安全) the campus partner is responsible for providing the escort. Please work directly with your campus partner to secure an escort. 住房 Operations will provide an escort for all other requests.
Any vendors entering a student occupied space, 比如浴室, 卧室, or apartment are required to have an escort regardless of background check status.

住房 & 居住生活 require that all un-escorted vendors provide, 完整的, and pass a background check before entering the Residence Halls and/or on-campus Apartments. To verify that your employees have 完整的d and passed your background check please use the Vendor Background Check Verification Form.

进入房屋 & 居住生活 facilities this form must be filled out for 每一个 参观校园. Based on the information you provide in this request; 住房 & 居住生活 will determine if your staff need an escort or not. Most campus visits 不会 need to be escorted. If your staff will be entering student occupied spaces (bathrooms, 卧室s/apartments) they will be escorted regardless of the status of a background check.
To request access please use the 供应商访问请求表格. 这种形式 needs to be filled out for 每一个 desired 参观校园. 访问 不会 be granted without completing this form.

- Sign out any necessary keys/card access
- Pick up Vendor ID badges/name tags, which must be worn at all times

- No offensive graphics, language on clothing

- No animals brought to work site, except for Service Animals

- Return any signed-out keys or cards

当你到达校园, please go directly to the 服务台 located in LLC building #2, 天堂溪街901号 Building 2. 在办公桌旁, you will check in with the Desk Attendants and receive the keys/cards that will grant you access to the locations specified in your vendor access request form. You will be given a name tag with a guest identification that must always be worn while conducting work on campus.
Please have your lead technician bring a form of identification (company or personal photo ID).
After all work is 完整的d for the day, you must return to the 服务台 to return lanyard, ID, cards/keys and/or any other items that were checked out. If work will be continued the following day or later in the same day, please return all checked-out items and re-check in on you return to campus.
